Intelligent organisations
Learning intelligently as an organisation
- Coaching and counsellingA confidential space for you as the person behind the role. Coaching focuses on your development: what drives you, what holds you back and what you need to lead with more calm and direction. Counselling makes room for what touches you in your work and your life, so that you can choose clearly again.
- Teams and networksWhat matters happens in the space between people. I work with executive teams, teams and networks that want to collaborate better: holding the conversations that are being avoided, making clear agreements and being able to rely on one another again, also across the boundaries of departments and organisations.
- Transformational leadershipTransformational leadership changes not only what people do, but also how they see and what they commit themselves to. It begins with yourself: who you are shapes how you lead. I help you give direction that moves people, challenges them to think for themselves and gives them room to grow, especially when everything is in motion.
- Intelligent organisationsAn intelligent organisation learns from its own experience. It draws on the knowledge and judgement of its people, makes room for reflection and renewal, and connects human and artificial intelligence so that AI strengthens people rather than replaces them. I guide organisations in that development, from the inside out.
Intelligent organisations
An intelligent organisation learns from its own experience. It draws on the knowledge and judgement of its people, makes room for reflection and renewal, and connects human and artificial intelligence so that AI strengthens people rather than replaces them.
That intelligence does not reside in systems or structures alone. It arises in how an organisation looks, decides and learns: in the culture that determines what can be said, in the design that makes collaboration possible, and in the choice of what you leave to technology and what you do not.
Do you recognise this?
We have plenty of knowledge in-house, but we learn too little from what we do. The same mistakes keep coming back, only in different clothing.
We invest in data and AI. But the judgement of our people fades into the background, and no one quite knows any more who decides.
We change often. But the organisation does not become more agile for it.
I work on intelligent organisations along three lines.
Organisational development and transformation
Organisations do not change through plans, but through people who start working differently. I guide boards and management through transformations that connect the surface and the undercurrent: from diagnosis and design to realisation and anchoring. Read more
Culture analysis and development
Culture is not what is written on the wall. It is what happens when things get tense and no one is watching. Culture does not change through a programme; it changes when the encounter between people becomes more honest. Read more
Human-AI
AI changes more than processes; it changes who decides, who sees and who is responsible. I help boards and directors connect AI with leadership, culture and governance. Read more
You regain grip and agility. Your organisation learns faster. You use AI to support human judgement, not to replace it.

The Poison of Unprocessed Anger Seeps Into the SystemWe cooperate loyally, contribute when asked, preach the new gospel. But processing takes longer than change. And somewhere along the way, it becomes the poison in our own working existence.
