Processes and workflows
The customer experiences your organisation as one process. Internally, that process is often split across departments, systems and queues. That is where time, quality and job satisfaction are lost.
Do you recognise this?
A customer request passes through five departments. Nobody oversees the whole route and nobody feels like its owner.
We measure a lot, but the figures do not tell us where the work actually gets stuck.
Every department has optimised its own process. The whole has not improved.
I look at processes from start to finish: from customer request to delivered result, across departmental boundaries. That reveals where work waits, is handed over, is redone or disappears.
Mapping it together
You do not map a process from behind a desk. We do it with the people who do the work every day. They know where it chafes and why the official route is not the real one. That produces a picture that is accurate, and ownership of the improvement.
Redesign and management information
We then redesign the process: fewer hand-offs, clear owners, decisions close to the work. We determine what information teams need to steer themselves, and what information management needs to govern. Improvement becomes part of the work itself, rather than a project alongside it.
Psychodynamic. Behind a cumbersome process there is often an old fear: of mistakes, of losing control, of the last crisis. Leave it unnamed, and the detour gets built in again.
Systemic. A process touches structure, systems and governance at once. I do not improve the process in isolation from the organisation that has to carry it.
Human-AI. Processes are where AI lands first. I help you decide where automation adds value and where human judgement must stay in the process.
Plan an exploratory conversation
Your processes run from customer request to result. Everyone can see where the work stands and where it chafes. Improvement becomes part of the work itself.
